Care That Honors Safety, Privacy, and Collaboration

At Sessions Wellness Group, we believe effective mental health care should be clinically sound, trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, respectful of privacy, and collaborative at every step.

We operate under a direct-care model, meaning services are paid for directly rather than billed to insurance. This approach allows us to prioritize privacy, clinical integrity, and individualized care without the constraints imposed by third-party payers. Clients benefit from greater discretion, flexible treatment planning, and the ability to engage in care without a required diagnosis or ongoing authorization reviews.

Many clients choose our direct care model because of professional visibility, leadership roles, or the need for heightened discretion. Direct care can reduce unnecessary third-party involvement and allow treatment to proceed with greater flexibility, privacy, and clinical nuance, particularly when reputational or licensing considerations are present.

For those who wish, insurance reimbursement may still be pursued independently using a superbill.
